Commercial Real Estate Private Equity Firm
PERI Capital Group is a Texas-based commercial real estate private equity firm that co-invests with proven sponsors that have a long history of proven success in CRE, alternative investments, and lower-middle market corporate acquisitions. Because of its extensive networks with reputable family offices, institutions, and experienced real estate operators, PERI receives unique opportunities that have already undergone intensive risk analysis and due diligences thereby reducing risk. Through our relationships, PERI offers its client the ability to invest outside the ordinary –– participating alongside institutional partners without the demanding minimum investment requirements.
WE HAVE THE RELATIONSHIPS
The executive management team of PERI Capital has developed extensive relationships with public/private institutions and family offices across the country. Many of these relationships have billions of dollars in assets under management with decades of experience in commercial real estate investing.
THEY BRING US THE OPPORTUNITY
PERI Capital is considered an institutional co-investment partner with many organizations. As such, we receive highly vetted deal flow that has passed due diligence, received approvals from investment committees and have substantial institutional capital commitments in place.
We create co-investment partnerships that aggregate investor capital into a single allocation, thereby eliminating the individual investors need to meet the demanding minimum investment requirements.
You get to participate alongside institutional capital and receive your proportionate share of cashflow, as well as upside appreciation upon sale.
